At Sparky's Brands, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back in the game with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is clean and has not been used in play.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
